Features

The main body of the TL series towline is composed of chain plate (high-quality steel plate chrome plating), support plate (extruded aluminum alloy), shaft pin (alloy steel) and other components,
which causes relative movement between the cable or rubber tube and the towline. Distortion occurs, the chain plate is chrome-plated, the shape effect is novel, the structure is reasonable, the dexterity is strong, the
rigidity is not easy to deform, the disassembly is convenient, and the reliability is high; especially this product uses high-strength wear-resistant materials and
alloy steel The shaft pin makes the product have higher abrasion resistance, more flexible bending, less resistance and lower noise, thus ensuring that it will not deform and sag for a long time.
Due to the exquisite appearance of this product, it can enhance the overall artistic effect of the machine tool equipment to a greater extent, and enhance the competitiveness of the machine tool and mechanical equipment in the international market.

Steel drag chain can adapt to the maximum moving speed of 40m / min
When the steel towline is in operation, the noise sound pressure level is not more than 68 dB
The safety service life of steel towline is not less than 1 million reciprocating movements
